I was shocked to find that the entire Bullard Park is sold out so soon, 4 months before the 7/19 Rally. I even called the reservation number and confirmed this. I have notified Nancy Wolf to put me on the waiting list but also want to do it here for other people's help. I desperately want to attend as I just bought a brand new 2007 Casita 17SD on 3/19 in Monterey, CA from a private party who only had it for six weeks!!!! I want to attend and get all the great ideas on you folks customize yours. Call me if you cancel at 510-783-3023 or jhuen@sbcglobal.net. I live in the San Franciscon area in Hayward, CA.

Thanks for your help in getting a spot if possible. I have booked at the commercial RV park 2 miles south of Bandon, but can cancel 24 hrs before 7/19 if a spot opens up. Will stay the entire 3 nights.

The donations just keep rolling in, UPS and FedEx know where to stop now :dance2: I might need a diesel dually to get this stuff to Bandon  Won't be long now and we are on our way :heat: See post #8 above for the list.

Is there a way to see the list of attendees on the screen (in list format) without printing it? When we try to print the list, it drops out names randomly from the list. (Print preview does this for me also.) Also, on the printed list, a few of the entries say 'click here' but no matter how hard I click on the paper, nothing happens.

Thanks,

Marv

Gene,
We are going to the Gathering from Phoenix. Can we help carry some of the stuff up there? Or is there anything else we can help with?

Thanks for offer Marv, but I think we have it covered, was just commenting on that so folks would know that there is a lot of stuff to be given away this year :yahoo: As far as the map it is a lot of work to keep it up and Nancy prints out a list for everyone that will be in your welcome packet when you register at the park so no need to have one here also. Spider bots tend to harvest names from lists also, but can't when they are embedded in a graphic like the map so for security reasons I don't like lists.

Just a note to let you know that Mike and Lori are thinking of doing another Dutch Oven Workshop... Carol

=========================

Dutch Oven Workshop, 2007 Oregon Gathering

If there is enough interest in a Dutch Oven Cooking Workshop at the Gathering, Mike and Lori Sanders will be happy to facilitate it again. It will be open to anyone, from first time Dutch Oven cooks to experienced cooks that would like to learn something new.

Please let them know in this thread if you are interested and they will get it going.

Lori and Mike,
Bonnie is certainly interested in another dutch oven cooking class. Please let us know what and when: email - bonnieanderson@embarqmail.com.

Also, on Tuesday - (6.12.07), Bonnie and I celebrated our 7th anniversary (seven weeks) in our new career as campground hosts at Bullard Beach state park. Yes, the entire campground staff is aware that all of those cute little fiberglass trailers will be arriving soon and they are busy preparing for your arrival.

Bonnie and I will be in site A55 until the end of June. So, if you are in the neighborhood, stop by and say hello. Looking forward to seeing everyone in July...Jerry

Bonnie and Jerry,

Great, we'll add you to the participant list. Did you get a dutch oven, or do you need to borrow one? I'll be putting the recipe list together. Would you prefer a main dish or a dessert recipe?

I think that we're the only ones that were planning to bring a U-Haul Camper to the Gathering. I'm sorry to say that our U-Haul's mods are taking longer than we thought, and unfortunately it won't be ready to camp in, so we'll be bringing our '84 Casita instead. We apologize to anyone that was looking forward to seeing a U-Haul!

Yesterday I posted items that I will be bringing for sale or trade. Two of those items are Digital Thermostats. One is new and one I switched out for newer model with remote feature.

If anyone that has the furnace and would like to change out their analog thermostat for a digital one while at the Gathering, let me know. If you need help changing it out, I would be happy to do it for you free of charge.

I would only ask $10.00 for the New in package thermostat, the used one would be free.
