Life has taken us on a different route and we have to make some changes. 

We took delivery of our Casita on March 2022. It is kept under the carport. Less than 6,500 miles on our little home on wheels. We have made some changes/improvements that will make for a more enjoyable experience. We installed the water disconnect valve for the toilet. By the way, the black tank has only been used once. And added a movable hanging rod in the bathroom. The fridge now has the button guard and the metal hinge to avoid door issues as others have had. We added a towel rod that also acts as a buttong guard to avoid accidentally turning on/off the water pump. All the windows have gutters. Both wheels have theft protection locks and Tire Minder sensors. We also added the “sneaky Pete gray water sewage cap” (has been very convenient) and the power bug guard. 

This Casita is waiting on the next lucky owner to give it the love we have given it. You will be saving on time, $$, & sales tax, while owning a like new Casita.
