Our 17' Casita Travel Trailer, licensed in Texas, is currently in southern Arizona.  It is in excellent condition and has many factory options. At the moment it is in the shop getting its annual checkup plus getting its wheel bearings packed, ready to take another trip to Nova Scotia  However, we've just decided that, in our late eighties, it is time to experiment with other lifestyles.

We have owned this Casita, our second one, since 2020. We bought it to travel during the Covid pandemic. Since then it has served as a vacation home for us as we have moved annually back and forth between Arizona, New Orleans, Florida, the East coast, New England, and Nova Scotia. It knows its way around.

This Casita has a lien free Texas title. It has never been smoked in,or had pets in it, has never been in an accident, and has needed no body repairs. We replaced the A/C unit two years ago and, as mentioned below, got a new battery and tires in May of last year.
