I am selling because, for me, it is just too small to live in for 3 to 4 months as a snow birder.  I purchased the unit in August 2025 and picked it up at the factory in Rice, TX.  I have used it for maybe 6 trips of one week or less.  It is essentially a brand-new unit.  I have attached pictures of the original cost sheets that show what options I bought.  Not shown is the 5-year extended warranty I also bought for $1,499.00.  This warranty is transferable one time only and you would qualify for it should you buy the trailer.  I also had the Katy’s Closet with light kit installed by Frank Knight in Kempner, TX for $876.04.  So, my total cost for this unit was $39,927.79.
