dandc June 12 Author June 12 Updated Schedule of Events: SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FOR OREGON GATHERING, BANDON, BULLARDS BEACH STATE PARK JULY 2026: WHAT’S HAPPENING AND WHEN SCHEDULE- ( All activities are totally optional.) ***Watch the white board posted at site A 63 for updated information and changes and updates. *** 7/23/2025-Thursday -U-pick blueberries: Be sure to check with Jim and Beth when you arrive in campsite #B22 the night before or morning of. They are organizing a mid-morning caravan to a local U-Pick blueberry patch for anyone that is interested can follow them. Meetup at East shelter location with Jim to leave promptly at 10:30 am. July 23th-Thursday 5 pm- Come to our meet and greet night located at the East shelter/pavilion across from the boat ramp. There will be lots of parking at shelter or across the street at the boat ramp. Snacks/appetizers to share are optional. You will need to bring your own chairs, food, plates, utensils, drinks, etc. SORRY NO DOGS OR PETS ALLOWED AT FOOD EVENTS. July 24-Friday- 9am-9:50am : Space #B2 come and learn “How to make cinnamon rolls in a Coleman stove top oven”, with Tom. He will demonstrate baking in his Coleman oven and offer tips. Afterwards he is treating all attendees to a cinnamon roll and coffee. Be sure to bring your coffee cups along with your chairs! PLEASE DON’T BRING DOGS OR PETS TO CLASS. July 24-Friday-10 am-11 am-Space # A7. Rick will tell us everything we need to know about “ So you think you want to have Bees?” July 24- Friday 11:15-noon. Fara will be demonstrating a stained glass tissue paper votive candle holders and providing all the materials. Space #B21. WATCH THE WHITE BOARD FOR UPDATES. LUNCH BREAK JULY 24- FRIDAY- 1:30- WHENEVER- SPACE # B58- “Everything you wanted to know about Solar/Lithium Batteries and a Li Time battery give-away, followed by a Q & A session both by Gene Layton and Jim Lantz. Note: The only caveat will be the only folks eligible for the drawing will be those that currently do not own a Lithium battery in their trailer, this is to prevent the winner from selling the battery because they already have one, no exceptions! I will also be bringing some LiTime discount coupons and some other goodies they provided. ***Thanks to LiTime for donating this battery to Gene Layton for our giveaway. *** SATURDAY 7/25/2025: TRAILER TOURS ARE BACK! We will provide a great campfire and you bring everything else you might need food, and enough to share, eating utensils, drinks, chairs, etc. Remember right after our potluck we will be taking our annual group picture. After that we will have our 5th annual very enjoyable free raffle again that was so much fun last year… thank-you again Jim!
