Donna D. 18 hours ago 18 hours ago Ting-a-Ling, Ting-a-Ling. That's your bell to notify you the six month reservation window for the Spring NOG at Fort Stevens is fast approaching. Remember, we've changed the date for THIS Spring NOG - Wed-Sat May 5-8, Mother's Day is the 9th. You may want to talk with your friends and decide what sites you'd like to reserve and for how long. Fort Stevens underwent a large infrastructure and campground upgrade in 2025. N and O loops are now full-service. YAY, sewers! Feel free to reserve your site at any loop you wish. Once again, we're going to reserve the large day use shelter at Coffenbury Lake for both the Thursday and Friday night doin's. There's plenty of parking, the restrooms are right next door. Additionally, there are lights, a few electric plugs, running water and two standup grills for dinner-on-a-stick night (Thursday). There are picnic tables at the shelter also. It'll cost $150 to reserve for the two nights. I'll also buy the necessary wood for the fire pit. These costs have already been covered with the prior passing of the hat which we'll do again on Saturday night. Make your online reservations at Reserve America here: https://oregonstateparks.reserveamerica.com/camping/fort-stevens-state-park/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=OR&parkId=402178 I've reserved site O53 and will be camping for 13 days. Come early, stay late! Be sure to checkout everything the Oregon State Park system has to say about the park. https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index.cfm?do=park.profile&parkId=129 The brochure here will tell you site driveway length and other details about the sites: https://stateparks.oregon.gov/index.cfm?do=main.loadFile&load=_siteFiles%2Fpublications%2F%2Fft-stevens-map-bw-2026.034631.pdf AND, check out Campsite photos for a picture of the site you want: https://www.campsitephotos.com/campground/or/fort-stevens-state-park/ I'll keep list of names going for those that have made reservations at the CasitaForum here in the top post. Because of the size of the park and NOGgers spreading out, I won't be making a map of sites reserved. Be sure to let us know if you're newbies to egg gatherings and everyone start planning/making your name tags. Woohoo... Fun times ahead! I NEED this info for the participants list, please: First names of adults attending City, State where you live Year/Make/Model/Length of your trailer SITE number that you reserved. Ready, set go!
